Second Month of No New Books—Day Four

Do I really want to do this? I’m struggling with this idea of not buying any new books until the new year.

Would it be helpful to my bank account? Definitely. Helpful when it comes to decreasing the number of books I have at home and need to read? Definitely.

But then again, here I am this morning, filled with angst because I desperately want to buy Mallory Ortberg’s Texts from Jane Eyre, which went on sale today.
